Job Title: Lab Site Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lab Site Lead to join our team at Bonneville Labs. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team and manage laboratory operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the site team and manage laboratory operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and meeting customer needs.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.
  • Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Provide training and support to team members, and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in laboratory operations, with a strong background in management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity, and driving innovation in a laboratory setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service.
