About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Direct Sales team in Irvine, California. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth across our portfolio of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs and solution requirements
  • Gain share of spend across Dell Technologies' portfolio of technology solutions, including server, storage, networking, software, security, and led services
  • Run territory and/or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, and engaging cross-functional resources
  • Regularly engage with decision-makers at client facilities to perform primary duties
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience selling technology solutions
  • Expert knowledge of market trends that impact Dell Technologies' customers
  • Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
What We Offer

Dell Technologies is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $232,900 - $301,400 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split).
