The Management Consulting Team at Teneo
Our Management Consulting division focuses on providing strategic insights to business and public-sector leaders through a combination of senior experience and rigorous analysis. We operate across a diverse range of sectors, including TMT, Healthcare, Leisure & Hospitality, Software, and Transport, among others. Within these markets, we offer strategic, operational, and due diligence support to reputable FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 firms, key public-sector organizations, and leading private equity houses.
The Role
As an Associate, you will be a key member of our team, providing skilled support to Senior Associates, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors in the efficient delivery of cases. Your responsibilities will include conducting complex research and analysis programs, developing bespoke insights for clients, and producing high-quality written output. You will work across a range of case types and sectors, leveraging your consulting skills to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will provide strategic insight on cases, draw clear conclusions from research and analysis, and contribute to the development of hypotheses. You will also work independently, managing your own workload with support from your manager, and own discrete workstreams within the case environment. Your ability to articulate conclusions in case team settings, make meaningful contributions to client meetings, and support in facilitating workshops will be essential. Furthermore, you will support internal teams within Teneo Consulting in conducting Business Development activities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require at least 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally within a Consulting environment. You will need to possess excellent analytical skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be highly logical and numerate, with evidence of teamwork, leadership, and ambition. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any degree discipline is required. You will operate at a fast pace, demonstrating the ability to influence and challenge when needed, and proactively take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks. You will create an immediate, positive, and credible impression on others, ensure all reports, data, and written work are correct in detail and without error, and skilfully and confidently influence and negotiate and maintain a positive relationship with all parties during difficult conversations.

Base Salary Range
$120,000 - $140,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).

Includes annualized bonus, 401k match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits and rewards.
Flexible Work Policy
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York and San Francisco offices, the company expectation is for employees to work from the office location a minimum of three times a week.
