Role Objective: The primary goal of the Commercial Lines Inside Sales Executive is to enhance the commercial insurance portfolio by effectively managing the sales process. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets by securing new business policies each quarter.
  2. Conduct weekly outreach to lost business accounts.
  3. Follow up on unsold quotes approaching renewal.
  4. Engage with monoline accounts for comprehensive reviews and opportunities for policy expansion.

Sales Process Management:

  1. Maintain a closing ratio exceeding 70% by responding to new inquiries promptly.
  2. Follow up on new web leads with multiple calls.
  3. Ensure all outbound calls are completed weekly.
  4. Utilize a systematic approach for follow-ups on quotes.
  5. Update agency management systems regularly to reflect current prospects and activities.

Retention and Relationship Building:

  1. Enhance client retention rates by providing exceptional service.
  2. Conduct follow-ups with new clients post-sale and at renewal.
  3. Encourage referrals from satisfied clients.

Marketing Support:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team by providing necessary materials for campaigns.
  2. Contribute ideas for marketing content and participate in promotional activities.

Operational Excellence:

  1. Utilize the agency management system effectively to track client interactions.
  2. Respond to inquiries from account managers in a timely manner.
