Role Overview

The Retail Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in driving store performance in terms of sales, efficiency, and customer service by applying effective selling techniques and comprehensive service training. You will be accountable for achieving personal sales targets and delivering exceptional service that aligns with customer expectations. As a representative of Coach, you will embody the brand's values and ensure that customer needs are consistently surpassed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recognize the impact of individual performance on overall store success;
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the essence of Coach;
  • Exhibit sales techniques as instructed in company training programs;
  • Maintain a vibrant and energetic presence on the sales floor;
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives;
  • Effectively manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously;
  • Proactively anticipate and fulfill customer needs;
  • Provide service to all customers in accordance with Coach's service standards;
  • Collaborate as a team member, motivating colleagues to achieve performance goals;
  • Support company initiatives and align with management directives;
  • Uphold professional ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in English (required);
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment (required);
  • Experience in luxury retail is a plus;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members while navigating the sales floor.
