Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join our team at Tapestry. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized sales floor, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Wrap: Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance, interact with customers in a genuine and natural way, read cues to determine customers' needs, and maintain accuracy when operating the point of sale system.
  • Stockroom/Warehouse: Receive shipments and transfers, notify store management of new product arrivals, scan cartons and transfers to verify store information, and communicate discrepancies to store management.
  • Sales Floor: Analyze the sales floor to assess replenishment needs, replenish sales floor and assigned zones, and react to sell-through and execute visual merchandising needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
