Job Description

At Domino's Pizza LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Preparation: Prepare and package food products according to company standards and recipes.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media and in-store promotions.
Requirements:
  • Age: 16 years old or older.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Positive attitude, self-motivation, customer service orientation, willingness to learn and excel, basic math skills.
