We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Horizon Group team in a Business Solutions Advisor role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our business customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing business customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Negotiate new contracts with business customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Independently manage contract closures, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate closely with our field staff to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about our Sky Business Solution, both in writing and over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data using our customer management system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in customer management systems.
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
