Key Responsibilities:
Our Guest Services Specialists are proactive in delivering a comprehensive array of services that enhance the guest experience throughout their stay. You will have the autonomy to navigate your environment and take necessary actions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Your duties will include:

  • Addressing operational requirements and fulfilling guest requests.
  • Completing necessary reports and sharing insights about the local area.
  • Ensuring that every interaction feels integral to the overall experience.

Physical Requirements:
Guest Services Specialists will be active throughout their shifts, which may involve standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. A hands-on approach is essential, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience: Not applicable.
Licenses or Certifications: None required.

Compensation:
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $19.00 to $22.00, with potential benefits including a 401(k) plan, paid time off, sick leave, and wellness programs.
