Trillium Staffing is in search of a skilled Site Construction Manager to oversee projects in the industrial sector.

Our client focuses on developing infrastructure for water and wastewater treatment. As the Site Construction Manager, you will be essential in managing all aspects of construction projects.

Your ability to coordinate personnel, materials, and equipment will guarantee that project specifications are fulfilled, work flows efficiently, and deadlines are met while staying within budget.

With projects spanning multiple states, travel will be a key component of this role. Projects vary significantly in scale, from smaller undertakings to large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onsite teams, performing a substantial portion of the work with your own crews, ensuring effective leadership and guidance.
  • Create a detailed and cost-efficient plan and timeline for project execution, maximizing resource allocation.
  • Oversee subcontractor activities across various project stages, ensuring smooth cooperation and compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Manage onsite staff, reviewing performance reports, addressing safety issues, and rectifying any identified problems.
  • Monitor and manage the construction timeline and budget, ensuring projects are completed within the designated timeframe and financial parameters.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including management, clients, and architects, providing updates on progress and suggesting adjustments as needed.
Compensation ranges from $45-55/hour, and this position is a direct-hire opportunity. If you possess the necessary qualifications and experience, we encourage you to consider this role.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in construction management, construction science, or a related field is required.
Candidates with additional qualifications in business administration or finance will also be considered.

  • At least five years of experience in managing or assisting with construction projects of increasing complexity within an industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure, effectively managing multiple tasks and teams to achieve optimal results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and project management.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites and stay away from home as necessary.
  • Traveling to different project locations will be an essential aspect of your role, enhancing your professional experience and impact.
