Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fitter Tacker C Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and fitting detailed parts on aircraft, aerospace, and similar assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of job duties, including aligning machined details or stampings preparatory to welding operations.
  • Trim, scribe, file, or grind parts to templates or scribed lines.
  • Set up single jobs in assembly jig for welding.
  • Assist higher classified workers as required.
  • Perform rework, repair, and other associated operations relating to the work described.
  • Maintain minimum output of 65%.
  • Maintain minimum product quality acceptance of 90%.
  • Follow all Senior policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or General Education Degree; or 3- 6 months of related and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Tacking Certificate.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. They will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all quality practices and safety standards.
