KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet golf guests with warmth and professionalism upon their arrival.
  • Stay informed about guest activities to ensure a personalized welcome.
  • Accurately tag golf bags with guests' names for easy identification.
  • Coordinate the collection of golf bags with the Golf Services team.
  • Provide insights on the golf service sequence and assist guests with their requests.
  • Engage with guests, share resort highlights, and foster connections.
  • Guide guests to various facilities and areas throughout the property.
  • Assist in arranging post-round activities for guests preparing to depart.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure cleanliness in designated areas and promptly address any guest concerns.
  • Respond to reasonable requests from management to enhance operational efficiency.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry, flexibility in scheduling may be required based on the needs of the resort. Consistent attendance is essential for success in this role at Trump Miami Resort Management LLC.
