We are seeking a highly skilled GEOINT Analyst Level 4 to provide expert support to the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Intelligence (G-2), Department of the Army. This position involves working closely with various military and intelligence entities to enhance the Army's GEOINT capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute advanced GEOINT Staff Officer duties at a senior level.
  • Deliver functional support to optimize the Army's GEOINT readiness.
  • Interpret directives and strategies from higher authorities to meet operational goals.
  • Contribute to the Army's sensor-to-shooter learning campaign by developing innovative GEOINT Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) and integrating Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) where applicable.
  • Prepare and present recommendations for senior leadership on long-term projects and policies impacting the Army.
  • Review and assess GEOINT-related documents and strategies from the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Collaborate with various Army intelligence teams to finalize positions on GEOINT matters.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on GEOINT strategy, policy, and requirements.
  • Advance interagency policy discussions on GEOINT issues while representing Army interests.
  • Provide strategic guidance on GEOINT-related challenges to Army and IC leaders.
  • Perform systematic analyses of GEOINT processes, including tasking, collection, and dissemination.
  • Assemble and analyze data; draft documents and presentations at an expert level; coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Support Army, DoD, and IC GEOINT initiatives through collaboration with mission partners.
  • Facilitate the progression of key GEOINT projects, ensuring timely agency coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Education: Associate degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of eight years as a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst, preferably within the Army.
  • Desired: Experience as a staff action officer at a comparable level within a DoD or IC organization.
Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory from the first day of employment.
Preferred Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Army GEOINT and Space programs.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
