Key Responsibilities (Emerging Commercial GEOINT Systems):

  • Offers advanced expertise and guidance in GEOINT and Intelligence Community, covering areas such as engineering, technology, policy, administration, planning, analysis, and training related to emerging technologies.
  • Oversees products and services, ensuring compliance with specified requirements through rigorous testing and measurement activities; facilitates quality assurance and collaborates with team members and senior specialists.
  • May supervise contractor personnel engaged in GEOINT-related activities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a specific intelligence functional area or broad-based experience across multiple sectors (e.g., Government, Industry).
  • Experience in coordinating contractor activities related to the GEOINT field.
  • Ability to collaborate with the NSG to integrate solutions into the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture (GEA).
  • Experience in managing commercial GEOINT utilization and architecture advancements across the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) and Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG).
  • Expertise in integrating new data sets across classified and unclassified domains for both US Government and Allied systems.
  • Experience in securing and integrating new commercial GEOINT data and service capabilities to support strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder operational and strategic requirements, with a focus on engagement with the NSG and Global GEOINT Enterprise.
  • Participation in the testing, evaluation, and validation of commercial GEOINT sources to ensure compliance with Government specifications and project milestones.

Preferred Skills:

  • Relevant GEOINT certifications.
  • Familiarity with applicable GEOINT tools, methodologies, or best practices.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 8 years of professional experience.
  • 6 years of specialized experience.
  • Academic degrees may substitute for years of experience, and vice versa.
  • Any academic degree substitution for specialized experience must align with the required career field.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Must possess an active TS SCI clearance and be willing to undergo a polygraph examination if necessary.
