We are seeking a highly skilled GEOINT Analyst Level 4 to provide expert support to the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Intelligence (G-2), Department of the Army. This position requires a deep understanding of geospatial intelligence and will involve collaboration with various military and intelligence entities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform senior-level GEOINT Staff Officer duties, ensuring the Army's GEOINT capabilities are optimized for current and future operations.
- Interpret directives and strategies from higher authorities to align with operational goals.
- Contribute to the Army's sensor-to-shooter campaign by developing innovative GEOINT Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) and integrating AI/ML technologies.
- Provide comprehensive recommendations for senior leadership on long-term projects and policies impacting the Army.
- Review and assess GEOINT-related requirement documents and strategies from the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Army's ISR Task Force and Army Futures Command, to ensure cohesive strategy development.
- Conduct high-level research and analysis on GEOINT-related policies and requirements across various military and intelligence levels.
- Support the formulation of interagency policies on GEOINT issues, ensuring Army interests are represented.
- Engage in systematic analysis of GEOINT processes, from tasking to dissemination.
- Prepare detailed documents and presentations, coordinating effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration on GEOINT issues with Army, DoD, and IC partners.
- Advise on key GEOINT projects, ensuring timely and effective agency coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Education: Associate degree or higher.
- Experience: Minimum of eight years as a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst, preferably within the Army.
- Desired: Experience as a staff action officer at a DOD or IC organization.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required from the start of employment.
- Comprehensive understanding of Army GEOINT and Space programs.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
