About the Role

Sylvan Learning Center is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all who visit our center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and filing
  • Assist with center operations, including supply management, inventory, and cleaning
  • Support instructional staff with preparation and setup for student sessions
  • Participate in outbound call campaigns to engage with clients and promote our services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work with children and teens
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other standard business software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail
