Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our members and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to members and patients
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Administrative Support
- Manage patient schedules and appointments
- Process patient transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
- Marketing and Sales
- Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing patients
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients to increase loyalty and retention
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless patient care
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues and improve patient outcomes
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Competitive Compensation
- $14 - $16 per hour, including commission
