Senior Coordinator, Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Coordinator, Executive Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment operations. This role will be responsible for managing onsite interviews for senior level roles, coordinating candidate travel, generating guides, and taking notes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview Support: Provide confidential and executive-level interview support, including taking notes during debriefs, escorting candidates, creating interview packets, coordinating assessments, and scheduling interviews.
- Candidate Correspondence: Assist with interview scheduling activity for recruiters, schedule disposition emails through the applicant tracking system, and support with intern/new grad program communication.
- Recruiting Events: Assist with updating recruitment collateral, assist with event registration, prepare and process invoice payments, and order recruitment materials.
- Other Duties: Monitor job postings for completeness, formatting, and inclusive language, maintain safeguards for confidential information, and provide recommendations on process, candidate experience, and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required, minimum of 3-5 years of administrative support experience required, experience working with senior level executives within and outside the company preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to communicate effectively, ability to listen clearly to others and check for understanding, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
