Job Summary

Sparks Wiz Limited, a leading technology consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent for our growing company.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and manage candidate information.
  • Job Offer and Negotiation: Make job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our recruitment process.
  • E-Verify Process Management: Perform E-Verify processes for I-9 forms and review documents for validity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws and Regulations: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Passion for Recruitment: Passion for finding the best talent and building a strong team.
