Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within the staffing or recruitment sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and industry best practices.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving and exceeding objectives.
  • A successful track record of cultivating and maintaining client partnerships.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and CRM software, preferably Bullhorn.
