The Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. This individual will provide leadership in BOH operations, consistent with our restaurant strategy and the direction of our Executive Chef and Culinary Director. Responsibilities include controlling scheduling and labor costs, training and educating staff, maintaining consistency of food quality and standards, managing ordering and inventory, and contributing to the maintenance of kitchen facilities and equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience as a sous chef or executive chef
- Proven track record of successfully leading kitchen teams
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, purchasing, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This position requires FULL TIME AVAILABILITY.
