Clinical Staff Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Staff Leader. This role is responsible for assisting in supervising nursing staff, providing leadership and orientation to nursing personnel, and performing a variety of nursing duties to coordinate the delivery of care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in supervising nursing staff and providing leadership and orientation to nursing personnel
- Perform a variety of nursing duties to coordinate the delivery of care to patients
- Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality patient care while fostering a culture of excellence within the nursing team
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- 2-3 years RN registered nurse experience in acute care setting
- Previous work experience in a supervisory, management or other healthcare leadership capacity
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
