Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Director to oversee the management of our treatment programs, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:




  • Directing treatment practices, monitoring performance, and patient care delivery.
  • Maintaining clinical supervision logs and monitoring treatment staff growth, development, and training.
  • Participating in Quality Improvement Management programs and committees.
  • Making counselor/patient assignments, scheduling counseling personnel, and coordinating treatment staff meetings or case conferences.
  • Providing clinical supervision and direct supervision to clinical staff.
  • Mediating patient and family concerns regarding care delivery.
  • Conducting interviewing and hiring of clinical staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing regulatory visits regarding clinical matters.
  • Implementing and enforcing Bradford Health Services policies and procedures.
  • Accepting responsibility for on-call status as assigned by the Regional Director/CEO.
  • Demonstrating and teaching clinical activities, techniques, and procedures to clinical staff.
  • Staying current with new findings in the field of addictions.


Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:




  • 3 years of experience in addiction treatment and management, with a Master's degree in Social Science or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Concentration in courses, continuing education, or CEUs in alcoholism addiction treatment or management.
  • A.L.C., L.P.C., L.C.S.W., or L.M.S.W. License required.
  • LAADC 2 preferred.
  • Excellent record-keeping and communication skills.
  • Capability to administer CPR.
  • Strong ability to handle stress and maintain composure.
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of addictions.
