Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
