Responsibilities

As a Memory Care Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing person-centered programs that meet the unique needs and interests of our residents.
  • Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure that our programs are aligned with the latest research and best practices in dementia care.
  • Providing education and support to our residents and their families on topics related to dementia care and management.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with community partners and vendors to ensure that our programs are well-supported and resourced.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and reports related to our programs and services.

Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as gerontology, therapeutic recreation, or education.
  • At least two years of experience in dementia care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and services.
