We are seeking a skilled and motivated Resort Operations Manager to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $63,000 - $90,000, depending on location and experience. Job Description

As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our housekeeping staff. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for our guests.

You will work closely with your colleagues to coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and maintain room inventory. You will also be responsible for communicating maintenance requests to our engineering department and responding promptly to guest inquiries.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain high standards of quality and service.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
