Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Axelon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls using multiple system applications while being monitored by Quality Assurance
  • Schedule appointments in Epic, reviewing scheduling activity and summarizing transactions
  • Provide telephone management and patient scheduling support in a hospital setting
Requirements
  • Experience in a call center or hospital setting
  • Proficiency in Epic scheduling software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
