Role Summary:

The primary focus of this position is to deliver top-tier account management services to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the Commercial order process. This encompasses everything from order initiation to management, Jobsite coordination, and follow-up with customers and production facilities. Building and maintaining robust interdepartmental and customer relationships is crucial, ensuring that inquiries and issues are resolved with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for designated commercial accounts, overseeing all facets of the order management cycle. Responsibilities include:
  • Informing relevant parties about any product or procedural updates.
  • Managing all Returned Material Requests (RMA's) in accordance with established policies, ensuring timely coordination for material retrieval.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer contact records, including email, fax, phone numbers, and contact names, along with any specific delivery instructions or product limitations.
  • Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through prompt and clear communication regarding shipping details, status updates, potential delays, and alternative product options.
  • Acting as a conduit between the Customer, Sales, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure all customer and product-related concerns are addressed swiftly.
