Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from entry to receipt of product
  • Obtain relevant information from Home Office, Supply Chain, and Quality to maintain on-time order status
  • Provide critical communications to the countries
  • Employ basic order management principles such as order entry and review, inventory management, and import/export
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in Order Management, Order fulfillment, Customer Service, International Shipping, Exports, or Documentation
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and ability to operate office equipment
  • Working knowledge of national and international import/export procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Proficient in MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and IBM Notes
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus
