At IntraPack Industries, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Order Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing requests from customers and manufacturing personnel, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the production planning team, purchasing team, and production management personnel to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Manage and prioritize requests from customers and manufacturing personnel, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Input information into Sage Accounting Software, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Reconcile purchasing documents for accurate pricing and inventory, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate RMA processes, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, production planning, and purchasing teams.
  • Provide support to customers and account managers as needed, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, with a Business Degree preferred.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, with experience in Sage Accounting Software a plus.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Accommodating personality with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • US Work Authorization required.
