Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Superintendent with extensive experience in managing large-scale plumbing projects. This role requires a strong background in mechanical construction management and a proven track record of overseeing plumbing construction work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily line-out for team members in your designated area.
  • Commit to working the necessary hours to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure Foremen complete Daily Reports, 3-Week Look Ahead schedules, and track project completion percentages, holding them accountable for submitting employee time records.
  • Maintain daily communication with Project Managers, Foremen, and the General Manager.
  • Participate in onsite meetings with Mechanical and General Contractors as required.
  • Guarantee that Foremen deliver the highest quality of workmanship.
  • Represent Way Mechanical in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in large-scale plumbing construction.
  • Proficient in reading, interpreting, and analyzing blueprints and specifications.
