Job Summary

ManTech is seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Specialist to support the execution of Enterprise Architecture strategy. The successful candidate will provide support for daily operational needs, assist in the planning, engineering, and execution of government-related projects and initiatives, and ensure all existing CM processes and procedures are followed by the staff.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement programs to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum company standards and end-user requirements.
* Administer the change control process for zero defects software development.
* Responsible for configuration management of requirements, design, and code.
* Evaluate and select configuration management tools and standards.
* Prepare configuration management plans and procedures.

Requirements

* 7+ years of relevant experience.
* Bachelor's degree. An additional 5 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
* Demonstrated experience working as a CM Specialist providing leadership or advanced capabilities.
* Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
* Ability to use MS Office and PC.

Preferred Qualifications

* ITIL Certification.

Security Clearance Requirements

* US Citizenship
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to start date

Physical Requirements

* Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/walking/Talking and must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
* Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another.
* Requires frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers.
* Communicating with others to exchange information.
* Working with computers
* Must be able to lift and move hardware weighing up to 50 pounds.
