Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, develop leads, and help them achieve their financial goals through personalized insurance solutions.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure, along with profit sharing, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), and a signing bonus up to $1000. Additionally, we offer valuable experience and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- People-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Estimated Salary Range
$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
