Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Development Specialist to join our Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc. team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications and relationships, overseeing the renewal process, and cultivating strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communications and Relationship Management: Manage client communications and relationships, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Renewal Process Oversight: Oversee the renewal process, from submission to negotiation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
  • Cultivating Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • A client-focused mindset with a dedication to meeting clients' needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other industry-specific software.
  • 5 years of experience in a commercial insurance agency, preferably handling mid-size commercial accounts.
  • Commitment to obtaining relevant insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, INS, ACSR or CISR.
  • An active Texas Agent's License is required.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is around $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
