Senior Commercial Insurance Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Development Specialist to join our Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc. team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications and relationships, overseeing the renewal process, and cultivating strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Communications and Relationship Management: Manage client communications and relationships, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
- Renewal Process Oversight: Oversee the renewal process, from submission to negotiation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
- Cultivating Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service.
- A client-focused mindset with a dedication to meeting clients' needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other industry-specific software.
- 5 years of experience in a commercial insurance agency, preferably handling mid-size commercial accounts.
- Commitment to obtaining relevant insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, INS, ACSR or CISR.
- An active Texas Agent's License is required.
The estimated salary for this position is around $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
