Good Shepherd Health Inc. is a pioneering and rapidly expanding healthcare organization dedicated to becoming the foremost independent pharmacy group in Pennsylvania. We currently manage three retail pharmacies in the Greater Philadelphia region and are poised to broaden our offerings to include an Assisted Living facility, Clinic, Dental services, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
Role Summary
We are in search of a highly efficient, proactive, and seasoned Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO. The successful candidate will act as a strategic ally, adeptly overseeing the daily operations of the CEO's office, thereby enabling the CEO to concentrate on propelling the company's growth and strategic goals. This position demands a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Assistance: Deliver extensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's schedule, organizing meetings, coordinating travel logistics, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Communication Oversight: Act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, managing emails, phone inquiries, and correspondence.
- Project Management: Aid in the oversight and execution of significant projects and initiatives led by the CEO, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and objectives are accomplished.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparing materials, arranging logistics, and managing post-event follow-up.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as necessary, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Relationship Development: Foster and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, clients, partners, and staff.
- Confidentiality and Professionalism: Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.
