Role Objective:

Support the mobile crisis response team in delivering essential crisis intervention services to individuals and their families, while facilitating the integration of recovery into their everyday lives. Ensure the continuity of program services is maintained in an ethical, legal, and moral manner within a secure and therapeutic setting, in accordance with relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certification as a Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) or the intention to obtain certification within one year.

  • Proficient in behavioral management strategies
  • Ability to organize and deliver educational sessions for clients, families, and community partners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work scheduled shifts and any additional hours as required by leadership, with flexibility to meet organizational needs.
  • Implement appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences for clients with mental health challenges.
  • Facilitate therapeutic activities and support the development of independent living skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan daily therapeutic strategies for assigned shifts.
  • Lead group discussions addressing co-occurring issues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to conceptualize and manage group dynamics from inception to execution.
  • Attend all mandatory staff meetings, including treatment plan reviews and shift debriefings.
  • Maintain accurate client service records and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Exhibit strong written communication skills to complete necessary documentation within designated timeframes.
  • Assist with client transportation as needed.
  • Actively participate as a team member in all assigned meetings, duties, and activities.
  • Exhibit behaviors and make decisions that align with the Rosecrance Code of Conduct and legal standards.
  • Fulfill all responsibilities in accordance with the mission, vision, values, and expectations of Rosecrance.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills that incorporate the core principles of the Rosecrance Way in daily interactions.
  • Serve as a role model for colleagues and exemplify excellent organizational stewardship.

Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts

  • Schedule: Sunday and Monday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Employment Type: Part-time

Compensation: Starting at $18/hour
