Position Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer within the Intelligent Business Growth division, you will be responsible for architecting, coding, and implementing AI-driven data decision platforms. Your focus will be on ensuring optimal performance and scalability through innovative technical solutions and a solid system framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions utilizing BDD/TDD methodologies and agile testing frameworks.
  • Engage in code and design evaluations to uphold superior development standards.
  • Construct system architecture that guarantees scalability, reliability, and performance, including the development of REST APIs and microservices.
  • Design data models using SQL (MS SQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, Graph DB), while creating frameworks and tools for AI applications.
  • Architect solutions to address performance challenges and enhance automation efficiency.
  • Develop tools and platforms utilizing full-stack expertise.
  • Create proof of concepts, prototypes, and experimental solutions.
  • Oversee operations, monitoring, and maintenance of hosted services and analytics to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including:

  • 8+ years of programming expertise in Java/Python for service development, along with SQL/No-SQL knowledge.
  • 5+ years of experience in software design and programming languages, including Java, Python (Flask/FastAPI), and JavaScript.
  • 5+ years of familiarity with software build management tools such as Maven or Gradle.
  • 5+ years of proficiency in software testing, performance, and quality engineering methodologies.
  • 4+ years of experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure or GCP.
  • 3+ years of knowledge in HTML, CSS, and front-end development.
