Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team at AdaptHealth LLC.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
- You will work closely with our patients, answering their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences that meet and exceed our patients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to patients.
- Answer all incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, adhering to our high standards of customer service.
- Document all call information accurately and efficiently, following our standard operating procedures.
- Process orders, route calls to the appropriate resource, and follow up on customer calls as necessary.
- Review required documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and review pertinent information in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding any noticed trends with insurance companies.
- Verify insurance carriers in our database system and update them as necessary.
- Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.
- Facilitate resolution on customer complaints and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management is preferred.
- Senior-level candidates must have two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience.

- An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
