Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a passionate Regional Sales & Production Manager to drive growth and productivity across our operations.
Job DescriptionThis exciting role will oversee and direct branch managers and branch operations, focusing on recruiting and staffing, safety and compliance, budget creation and achievement, team member development, and meeting company objectives in providing high-quality service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Grow market share in the NYC metro area by hiring, training, and managing Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs), collaborating with them in the field, and personally acquiring targeted new business.
- Team Management: Lead a dedicated team, optimize production processes, and drive sales initiatives that align with our company goals.
- Safety and Compliance: Perform as the safety manager for branches in the region, work with the team to reduce vehicle and worker injury incidents, and accomplish full compliance with all DOT, regulatory, and company policies.
