Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Level. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and residents, while also overseeing the daily operations of our front desk and guest services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to the Guest Services Manager and supervise the front desk and guest services team
  • Monitor and update guest accounts, ensuring accurate and timely information
  • Supervise and handle guest or resident opportunities or escalations, providing solutions and support as needed
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with rent collection and incidental fees
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Two years of experience in a manager or supervisor role
