Job Description

ServiceNow is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Global Renewal Sales Operations team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving sales processes, and ensuring alignment with our business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small, high-performing team to inspire and develop direct and matrixed employees
  • Partner with the VP of Global Renewals to shape and build actionable plans to capture opportunities and maximize future revenue growth
  • Demonstrate strong systems acumen and the ability to deliver identification, implementation, and integration of new capabilities and improvements to the existing business ecosystem
  • Refine and standardize processes, policies, and workflows across the Global Renewals operations teams and relevant stakeholders
  • Establish and execute a proactive operational cadence to ensure the health of the Renewal Sales business
  • Initiate and lead various complex cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving growth, increasing productivity, and scaling the business
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales strategy, sales ops, consulting, or highly related experience
  • Confidence building, managing, and coaching high-performing teams
  • Sound business acumen and deep knowledge of renewal sales and GTM strategy
  • Keen structured problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
