Job Title: Associate Director, Clinical Operations

Deciphera Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Clinical Operations to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations department, you will be responsible for the successful execution of clinical trials from protocol conception through the clinical study report.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues/processes to ensure achievement of study milestones, data quality, and integrity
  • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and close-out of the Trial Master File
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical trial activities
  • Manage CROs and vendors to ensure compliance with internal SOPs, FDA regulations, and GCP
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance clinical operations efficiency
  • Present ongoing study updates to clinical leadership
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in health science or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years in clinical trial management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and knowledge of clinical development process, global regulatory requirements, and ICH guidelines
  • Experience in CRO/vendor management and leadership
