We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an IT Business Process Effectiveness Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in aligning technology solutions with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proactively collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Support the implementation of Salesforce across all business units, understanding business requirements and creating user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical competency in technology platforms, including Salesforce and surrounding systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Salesforce team and user community.
  • Support basic configuration of Salesforce settings and objects as needed.
  • Partner with Project Management to oversee testing, including plan development and user acceptance testing.
  • Drive advancement and adoption of solutions by collaborating with business leads and IT on projects and enhancements.
  • Provide insights and identify opportunities where technology can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive process and tool innovation by understanding how to leverage tools like artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Prepare the business for change as part of process improvement.
  • Create and maintain training content and job aids to help onboard and train users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting activities for Salesforce users.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure users are proficient in using Salesforce and other technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM solution as an end user, analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business process in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Project management skills and familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
