Job Summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced communications professional to build and execute an analyst and third-party engagement program for its Worldwide Stores Communications team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive awareness of Stores business and the experiences we create for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive external thought-leader awareness of Amazon's Stores business.
  • Create and deliver ongoing activities such as relationship management, briefings, events, and business-team support.
  • Proactively build awareness and secure positive placement of Amazon in thought leader commentary.
  • Collaborate with business and communications teams to educate external thought leaders.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests from thought leaders for information, event speakers, and research partnerships.
  • Write presentations and prepare executives for engaging with external thought leaders.
  • Define, measure, and report success and learnings.
  • Regularly interact with senior leadership to influence strategy.
  • Track results and other data to feed into weekly and quarterly status reports.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Experience interacting with executive leadership.
