Job Title: Office Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Drayer Physical Therapy. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Schedules appointments and referrals, verifying insurance coverage as needed.
  • Collects patient payments and maintains accurate financial records.
  • Manages front office workspace, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Performs other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer software and ability to learn new systems.
