Key ResponsibilitiesAdmin Services (70%):

- Support business operations with shipping and receiving goods.
- Coordinate with vendors for office flowers and plant services.

Office Operations (30%):
- Support logistics for small company events, including tea-break setup and venue booking.
- Contribute to administrative activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in G-suite.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented and resourceful.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
This is a part-time position, 16 hours per week, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on business needs.
Education and ExperienceA high school diploma or equivalent is required.
