- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a clean driving record.
