Manufactured Home Sales Director

As a Manufactured Home Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in leading and directing the sales and marketing strategies for your site location. This position offers a highly competitive compensation package, with the potential to earn up to $500,000 per year.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at Champion Home Builders Inc and take on a leadership role in the manufactured home industry. With 5+ years of experience in new home sales management or 3+ years in the manufactured home industry, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a highly energized selling culture, while also developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading morning inspiration meetings and daily training sessions
- Implementing deal meetings with sales professionals, office managers, and operations managers
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and organized store environment
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates to ensure a successful store team
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as persuasive and creative strategies to increase traffic and sales in-store. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. As a self-starter with a drive to succeed, you will possess a proven history of success in managing both sales and operations team professionals.
