Hotel Sales Director

About the Job:
The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hotel sales experience and a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
* Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
* Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of hotel sales experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
