Job Title: Lead Data AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our team. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for performing advanced data analysis to assess quality and meaning of data, identifying trends and patterns, and preparing reports for management.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Filter and Analyze Data: Review reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems, and filter data to extract relevant insights.
- Develop Data Models: Design and develop data models to support business intelligence and data-driven decision making.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into business strategies.
- Strong Mathematical Skills: Possess strong mathematical skills to collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.
- Programming Languages: Proficient in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
- Database Design and Development: Experienced in database design and development, including data modeling and data warehousing.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Qlik or MicroStrategy.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at solving complex problems and identifying creative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
